The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 29 "An Act                                                                     
relating to civics education, civics assessments, and secondary school                                                          
graduation requirements; establishing the Alaska Civics Education                                                               
Commission; and providing for an effective date" and recommended it                                                             
be replaced with                                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 29(FIN) "An Act                                                                                
          relating to civics education, civics assessments, and                                                                 
          secondary school graduation requirements; and
